Customers can return if the seal is broken. Customers will have to have documented evidence in case they face any issue with the product. After thorough analysis, the management will accept / reject the return.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product looks completely ok
Inner packaging looks tampered
Product has been consumed more than 20%
